Because it is further out, we prefer to batch work here — if a neighbor wants their house done in the same week, both of you get a better number.
The homes here
Mostly 2010s stucco subdivisions plus older homes closer to the center of town. Builder-grade exterior paint in this area typically starts chalking around year seven, which is the right moment to recoat rather than strip.
