How we work
Prep is included, not extra
Washing, patching, caulking and priming are part of every quote. A cheaper number almost always means one of those was left out, and you find out in year two.
One crew, start to finish
The people who start your job are the people who finish it. No handoff to a different crew halfway through, and no rotating lead you have to re-explain everything to.
We tell you when paint is the wrong answer
If a stain is coming back, there is a leak. If stucco is failing, another coat will fail with it. We would rather lose the job than paint over a problem and get called back.
English and Spanish, on site
The estimate, the questions and the crew on your property — in whichever language is easier for you. Nothing gets lost because someone was too polite to ask again.

Call, text or use the quote form. A few wide photos of the space tell us most of what we need.

We give you a range
Usually within a day. If the job needs a walkthrough to be accurate, we say so instead of guessing low.

We walk it and confirm
Free, no obligation. This is where colors, finishes and the start date get settled — and where surprises get found before they cost money.

We do the work and clean up
Floors covered daily, site cleaned every evening, and a walkthrough with you at the end before anyone gets paid the balance.

Questions we get asked
Are estimates really free?
Yes, and there is no obligation. Photos usually get you a range the same day; an on-site walkthrough gets you a firm number.
How long does a typical job take?
A single interior room is usually one day. A full interior on a three-bedroom home runs three to five days. An exterior repaint is typically three to six days, plus drying time after the pressure wash.
What paint do you use?
Professional-grade acrylic from the major manufacturers, matched to the surface and the exposure. We will tell you exactly which product and finish is going on your house before we start, and it goes on the quote.
Do you move furniture?
Yes. We move what we can safely move, cover the rest, and protect your floors. Anything fragile or unusually heavy we would rather you handle or point out to us first.
Can you handle my HOA color approval?
We can put the submittal together with you — colors, product and the areas being painted. The association still has to approve it, and we do not start exterior work until they have.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes — the estimate, the questions and the crew. Whichever language is easier for you is the one we use.
How far do you travel?
About an hour from Clermont in any direction. That covers Davenport, ChampionsGate, Kissimmee, Celebration, Haines City, Winter Garden and most of Orlando. Just outside that? Call anyway and we will be straight with you about whether it makes sense.
