Celebration has the tightest color control of anywhere we work — the town was built to a plan and the review board holds to it. Approved palettes are specific down to the trim.
The homes are also now hitting the age where the original exterior finish is genuinely due. A lot of what we do here is a first real repaint on a house that has never had one.

Late-1990s and early-2000s homes built to a traditional architectural code — wood trim, porches, and detail work that takes hand-cutting rather than spraying. These jobs take longer than their square footage suggests, and we price them that way.
