Twenty-five minutes from our shop, and the area we work most after Clermont. Davenport and the Four Corners area around it are mostly newer stucco homes — a lot of them second homes and short-term rentals.
That changes the job. Rental owners are usually working to a booking calendar, not a weekend, so we quote around the gap between guests and hit that date.
The homes here
Predominantly 2000s and newer stucco over block, with tile roofs and tight HOA color palettes. Most exterior work here is a maintenance repaint on the original builder finish, which was usually one thin coat.
