Clermont is home base. We live and work here, which means a quote is usually same-week and a callback is a fifteen-minute drive, not a scheduling problem.
The hills are the thing that makes Clermont different to paint. Elevation changes mean sun hits west-facing walls harder and longer here than it does on flat ground down in Polk, and those walls fade first.
The homes here
A split between 1990s and 2000s stucco subdivisions on the south side and older block-and-frame homes near downtown and the lakes. The older homes near Lake Minneola almost always need wood repair before exterior paint.
